I can't log in – what should I do?
Double-check that you’re using the correct email and password. If you forgot your password, tap “Forgot Password” on the login screen to receive a reset link. -
I’m not seeing my upcoming shifts.
Make sure you’re logged into the correct account and connected to the internet. If shifts still aren’t visible, contact your agency administrator to ensure your assignments are up to date. -
I’m not receiving SMS reminders.
Confirm that your phone number is correct in your profile. Also check your device settings to ensure text messages from Galea aren’t being blocked. -
I submitted a shift issue – how do I check the status?
Once reported, your shift issue is forwarded to your agency. You’ll receive updates via email or in-app notifications if further action is needed. -
How do I update my availability or profile details?
Tap the Profile tab in the app. From there, you can update your availability, contact info, and other preferences.
